• CCD-P data model
• Meta-data and mapping to characterize data origin/source, reliability, accuracy; and meta-data mapping.

- Standards to capture various data sources (pt, provider, lab, etc.)
- Attribution and nonrepudiation; annotation management

• Knowledge representation of disease, disease-gene relationship, etc.
• Expand/adapt existing standards, i.e., not create new standards
